All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

FEE INCLUSIONS

Full & Unwaged/Retired Conference Registration: includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, and lunches during the conference; it also includes and one ticket to the Welcome Drinks on Tuesday 29 May 2018 and the Conference Dinner on Thursday 31 May.

One Day Registration: includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch.

  • Wednesday One Day Registration: includes one ticket to the Welcome Drinks on Tuesday 29 May 2018.  It does NOT include the Conference Dinner on Thursday 31 May.  A ticket to the Conference Dinner can be purchased separately during registration.
  • Thursday & Friday One Day Registration: Does NOT include tickets to the Welcome Drinks on Tuesday 29 May or the Conference Dinner on Thursday 31 May.  Tickets to these events can be purchased separately during registration.

Student Full Conference Registration: A scan of your Student ID will be required to process your registration.

Delegate registration cancellation policy
All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00pm Friday 27 April 2018. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
